How do you celebrate the coming of the New Year? For my husband and me, the new year has to start in Baltimore’s Inner Harbor. We have a late dinner — lot of Baltimore’s restaurants are decked out for the annual celebration — and stick around for the midnight fireworks.
Wherever you are, however you celebrate, may it be the beginning of a happy and peaceful 2016.
